Please prepare 16 bars of a song (if you are a singer) and a 1-2 minute memorized monologue or poem.
Bring a non-returnable photo of yourself as well.
Auditions will be held on a first come, first served basis in the Taubman Museum of Art Theatre.

The Roanoke Children’s Theatre has been created just for you. Its sole purpose is to bring theatre entertainment and education to youth, their families and their schools, by providing year-round programming specifically for 5-18 year olds. We are here to provide excuses for families to spend time together, to make memories, to generate discussions and inspire change.

Acting Classes at RCT
Roanoke is ripe for expansion in live theatre and theatre education opportunities for children aged 5-18. Crafting the opportunity for our youth to engage in a world of communication, imagination, creativity, empowerment and learning. RCT provides a place where multiple generations can take part in a powerful and entertaining experience together; a place that can change lives and create memories, all under one roof. RCT offers classes all year for your young actors and tecnicians to learn all about the theatre. Come on and have fun with us!
